Bluelake automation¶

Note

The API has changed from Bluelake 1.6 to 2.0, for details , see What are the differences between the API of Bluelake 1.6 and 2.0?.

The bluelake Python package provides a programmatic interface to the LUMICKS Bluelake software. It is available on LUMICKS C-Trap and m-Trap computers running Bluelake, and can be used to automate workflows.

This package is complemented by lumicks.pylake, a Python package that makes it easier to work with Bluelake’s exported HDF5 files.
